Job summary

C & W Electronics, in conjunction with JSIT-PE, is seeking a project manager in Singapore to lead and oversee project delivery in the Precision Engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and experience in project management across planning and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and implementing process improvements using automation and AI tools. A relevant diploma or degree is preferred, along with a background in Lean Six Sigma.

About the Company

Based in Singapore, C & W Electronics specialises in the design, manufacturing and integration of wiring harnesses, supporting consumer electronics, OA/FA equipment and scientific instruments with a component inventory of over 150,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning (scope, timelines, resources) and oversee end-to-end delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute multiple projects effectively
• Track progress, manage risks, and adapt to changing priorities
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives
• Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including escalations
• Implement risk mitigation and continuous process optimization initiatives
• Leverage automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Conduct project reviews and report insights to leadership
• Identify growth opportunities and drive new initiatives
• Lead and develop large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Any other duties/projects assigned from time to time
