Job summary

R Systems in Singapore seeks a Senior Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to drive ERP transformations across Singapore and the APAC region.

You will lead discovery, design, and implementation, collaborating with customers and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years IT and consulting experience.
• Minimum 7 years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong functional expertise across Finance & Accounting, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement & Purchasing, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Project Management.
• Experience with requirements gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, solution design, UAT, data migration, and go-live support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops, and solution design discussions.
• Analyze customer business processes and recommend best-practice Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Configure and implement Business Central modules based on business requirements.
• Lead functional workstreams through the project lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, cutover and go-live.
• Advise customers on process improvements, automation, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and integrations.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and serve as a trusted functional advisor.
• Support project planning, delivery governance, mentoring of junior consultants, and pre-sales activities.

Hiring: Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Power BI is a Plus)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our growing ERP consulting team in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant who has successfully delivered end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) implementations and enjoys working closely with customers to drive ERP transformation initiatives across Singapore and the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops, and solution design discussions.
• Analyze customer business processes and recommend best-practice Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Required Experience

• 10–15 years of overall IT and consulting experience.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong functional expertise across:

• Procurement & Purchasing
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Project Management
• Experience with requirement gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, solution design, UAT, data migration, and go-live support.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• SQL and reporting experience.
• Microsoft Fabric exposure.
• Experience integrating Business Central with Power BI and Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot within Business Applications.
• Pre-sales and solution consulting experience.

Preferred Background

• Currently based in Singapore.
• Experience working with Singapore-based customers and local business requirements.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST, statutory reporting, and financial compliance.
• Experience working with a Microsoft Partner, System Integrator, or ERP Consulting organization.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Logistics, or Professional Services industries.
