The role requires liaison with the China Headquarters, support for external audits, and meticulous documentation with strong Excel skills and professional independence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in construction is an advantage.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and handling external audits.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant accounting or project finance experience will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations, including project-related financial activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Take responsibility for accounting reporting and financial data submission through Headquarters' financial systems.
• Liaise with the China Headquarters on financial, accounting, and reporting matters.
• Assist in the compilation and analysis of project financial data, costs, and budgets.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper documentation, accounting records, and filing systems.
• Perform other finance-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.
