Job summary

Addcel is seeking a Finance Executive to support project accounting, financial modelling and reporting. The role reports to the Finance Manager and involves tracking project costs, budgeting, variance analysis, cash flow, and ensuring compliant reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and 2–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with good communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Min. 2–3 years of relevant working experience in related field, preferably with project accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to propose alternative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Project Accounting: Track and analyze project costs, revenue, and margins.
• Budgeting and cost control: Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
• Progress claims, variations, and project financial performance monitoring.
• Assist in the preparation of project financial reports and variance analysis.
• Financial Modelling & Data Analytics: Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, cost efficiencies, and revenue opportunities.
• Automate and improve financial reporting using Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
• Provide insights to support management in decision-making and strategic planning.
• General Finance & Reporting: Assist in month-end closing, audit preparation, and compliance reporting.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation in financial reporting and analysis.
• Work on cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
