Insights Table PTE. LTD. seeks freelance market research survey interviewers to conduct face-to-face interviews with Singapore residents. Roles require travel across Singapore and interviewing diverse age groups. Each interview lasts about 1 hour and awaits a 4-month project from Oct 2026 to Jan 2027.

We need those with English fluency plus another local language, Singaporean citizenship/PR, and comfort using tablets and Zoom. Training is provided, and up to 8 surveys per week are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one local language (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
• N-level or equivalent qualification
• Comfortable using tablets/phones and Zoom or similar apps
• Able to travel across Singapore for interviews
• Immediate or short-notice availability for Oct 2026–Jan 2027

• Arrange appointments with respondents
• Conduct face-to-face or Zoom interviews (approx. 1 hour)
• Administer survey on provided tablet
• Record responses accurately and handle queries professionally
• Maintain interview records and incentives
• Complete 2-day training and project briefings

Position Overview

We are seeking for market research survey interviewers (surveyors) to conduct face-to-face interviews with Singapore residents. This role is ideal for people who likes to travel to various parts of Singapore to talk to people from diverse ages and backgrounds. Each interview duration is approximately 1hr.

Project period: Oct 2026 - Jan 2027.

General Requirement

• Flexible to go for interview appointments duringoffice hours and evenings, weekdays or weekends
• Flexible to do interviews at respondent'slocation or on zoom based on respondent's preference (respondents will bewithin interviewer's home region)
• Administer the survey requirements using theprovided tablet
• Ensure responses are recorded accurately
• Handle respondent queries and feedback in aprofessional manner
• Maintain all records of interviews &incentives given in an organised manner
• Undergo a compulsory 2-day training session and project briefings, and successfully pass the required assessments

Job qualification

• Only Singaporeans/ Singaporean PRs are eligibleto apply
• Must be fluent in English and one other locallanguage in Mandarin/ Malay/ Tamil
• N-level or equivalent qualification preferred;relevant experience will be considered
• Comfortable working on phones/ tablets and usingapps like Zoom, etc
• Able to travel to various parts of Singapore forinterviews
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate or short-notice availability to commit fully to the 4-month duration from Oct 2026 to Jan 2027.
