Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a Project Executive / Assistant Manager to coordinate digital health and data initiatives. You will liaise with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, support system implementations, and contribute to informatics workflows and quality improvement.

Experience in supporting system implementations and data-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as point of contact for digital systems enquiries and informatics workflows.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and IT teams on system changes and workplans.
Support system implementation, testing, change management, and user discussions.
Assist in requirements gathering and coordination of digital/informatics solutions.
Provide project coordination support including planning, scheduling, and meeting organisation.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation such as plans and risk registers.
Support management of operational datasets for reporting and quality improvement.
Ensure data quality and documentation of data workflows and governance.
