PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Role Overview

You will support our day-to-day project operations from planning, coordination, site follow-ups to documentation. This role ensures all work meets BCA requirements and runs smoothly between clients, suppliers, contractors, and our internal team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all project activities and communication
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and our internal team
  • Instruct sub-contractors on material delivery and ensure good workmanship
  • Prepare schedules, progress updates, and project documentation
  • Conduct site checks, arrange materials, and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure safety rules and company standards are followed
Requirements
  • Diploma, Degree or Master’s in Project/Construction Management or related field from a BCA-recognised institution
  • Quantity surveying knowledge is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or site work
  • Able to manage timelines, follow up closely, and stay organised
  • Comfortable dealing with clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • Familiar with basic safety practices and project processes
