Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Singapore is seeking a Project Executive (Building / Civil & Structural) to support the planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of building and C&S projects.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery, supervise daily site activities, and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in building construction or Civil & Structural (C&S) projects.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, structural works, and project execution.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction documents.
• Basic knowledge of contract administration, project scheduling, cost control and variation management.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, BCA requirements, and WSH standards.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project/AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements
