MR BEAN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project manager to lead store fit-out initiatives across locations. You will oversee planning, budgeting, RFQ, design coordination, procurement, and site supervision from start to handover.

You will travel to sites, coordinate contractors and vendors, review costs, and work with Leasing and Operations to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. Strong communication, documentation, and independent decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Building, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, RFQ, design coordination, procurement, site supervision and handover.
• Visit sites to supervise setup and installation ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to meet timelines.
• Review and manage fit-out costs.
• Advise Leasing on technical requirements for new store sourcing.
• Plan and manage store improvement and revamp works.
• Collaborate with operations and departments to ensure fit-out works run smoothly.
• Provide technical support and training for internal and overseas franchisees
• Assist sourcing of materials, vendors and contractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, RFQ, design coordination, procurement, site supervision & handover.
• Visit sites and oversee setup and installation works ensuring quality, safety and timely completion
• Manage and coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure timelines are met
• Review and Manage fitout costs
• Advise Leasing department on technical requirements pertaining to new store sourcing
• Plan and manage store improvement and revamp work
• Work closely with operations team and relevant departments to ensure fitout works are efficiently carried out
• Provide technical support and training for both internal and overseas franchisees
• Support sourcing of materials, vendors and contractors as needed.
• Perform other job duties or projects as given by superior or management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Building, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, facilities, renovation, construction or space planning.
• Experience managing renovation, upgrading, reinstatement or commercial projects will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of project planning, contractor management, quotation evaluation and site coordination.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good documentation and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD or other space-planning software will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and make practical decisions to resolve project issues.
• Willing to travel between company premises, outlets, offices and project sites when required.
