Job summary

Wood is recruiting a Project Engineering Manager (ENG-PEM) to lead multi‑discipline engineering activities on major energy and industrial projects in Singapore. You will interface between Wood's engineering teams and the Client to ensure timely, contract‑compliant delivery.

The role requires strong leadership of cross‑functional teams, thorough knowledge of design bases, schedules, and budgets, and hands‑on governance of engineering procedures, documents, and change control throughout FEED, PMC,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and professional registration/clearance where required.
• 12+ years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, power, or pharmaceutical projects.
• Proven leadership in design and engineering teams for FEED, PMC, and EPCM projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering procedures, specifications, codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Engineering interface on a project between Wood engineering team and Client.
• Overall responsibility for timely delivery of engineering work compliant with contract requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with Lead Engineers, Client, and project management stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, design basis, specifications, codes and standards; enforce confidentiality.
