Job summary

Well Established Security Inspection Solutions Company is seeking a capable professional to lead a team of consultants, contractors and developers in daily site activities. You will conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings, monitor progress toward milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.

You will evaluate the master program, monitor work progress, identify delays and coordinate with authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints and shop drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.

• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist on documentations and make recommendations to clients for award of contracts.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on development concept, preliminary program and budget.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality.
• Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback.

Salary: UP$3700 (Basic) + $300 (Transport Allowance)

Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: Jurong East (Need to travel to project site)
