Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a capable project lead to oversee a team of consultants, contractors, and developers on site at Jurong East. You will coordinate daily activities, briefings, and progress tracking across multiple milestones, with travel to project sites as required.

The role requires 0–2 years of relevant experience, ability to read drawings, and a Diploma/Degree in IT Eng, Civil Eng, or Architecture.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in similar role.
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints, and shop drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Evaluate the master program and monitor work progress.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist on documentation and make recommendations to clients for award of contracts.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on development concept, preliminary program and budget.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works to achieve quality.
• Assist in investigating and liaising with public and relevant authorities for public feedback.

Salary: UP$3700 (Basic) + $300 (Transport Allowance)

Working hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: Jurong East (Need to travel to Project Site)
