Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable coordinator to lead consultants, contractors, and developers through project execution at a West Singapore site. You will manage planning, progress, and ensure timely completion while liaising with government authorities for submissions and approvals.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT, Civil, Architecture or related field with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Reading design drawings is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/Civil/Architecture or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints, and shop drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, developers and stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, progress and timely completion.
• Coordinate with government authorities for submissions, approvals and clearances.
• Oversee site activities, quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve technical and operational issues with clients and stakeholders.
• Support contract administration, budgeting, tender evaluation and project documentation.
