Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, developers and stakeholders through project execution in the West Singapore.

You will manage planning, scheduling, progress tracking and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role also involves liaising with government authorities for submissions and approvals, overseeing site activities, resolving client issues and supporting contract

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints, and shop drawings will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, developers and stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, progress and timely completion.
• Coordinate with government authorities for submissions, approvals and clearances.
• Oversee site activities, quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve technical and operational issues with clients and stakeholders.
• Support contract administration, budgeting, tender evaluation and project documentation.
