Job summary

Recruit Express PTE LTD is seeking a Project Engineer for Robotics & Automation at Tuas Port, on-site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, with responsibilities spanning project execution, technical coordination, and site operations.

You will coordinate with engineers and R&D teams to deliver automation solutions and manage on-site activities. The ideal candidate will support FAT tests, system commissioning, and client handover, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones
• Coordinate project implementation and ensure timely completion
• Track project progress, resources and deliverables
• Review technical design specifications and engineering requirements
• Coordinate with engineering and R&D teams
• Support the planning and adjustment of automation system layouts and solutions
• Follow up on procurement of components and engineering materials
• Coordinate equipment deliveries with suppliers and contractors
• Ensure required materials and equipment are available according to project schedules
• Conduct site surveys and support on-site project execution
• Oversee installation, system integration and commissioning
• Coordinate contractors and vendors on-site
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation
• Support client training and project handover
• Prepare project plans, progress reports, risk assessments and technical documentation
• Maintain accurate project records
• Coordinate communication between clients, engineering teams and project stakeholders

On-Site Project Role

Project Execution & Planning

• Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones
