Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Project Execution & Planning professional to lead robotics projects from planning through handover. You will develop and monitor schedules, coordinate with engineering teams, and perform site surveys for successful installations.

The role requires a diploma/degree in Electrical, Automation or Robotics Engineering, 3–8 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in the Tuas area.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or Robotics Engineering.
• Preferably with 3 to 8 years of relevant experiences.
• Able to work in Tuas area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules, track milestones and ensure timely implementation of robotic systems within budget.
• Review technical design specifications and coordinate with internal engineering and R&D teams; plan automation layouts per client requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of robotic systems; manage local contractors and vendors.
• Support FAT, site testing and system commissioning; provide training during project handover.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, risk assessments, progress reports and technical records; maintain stakeholder communication.

Job description

Project Execution & Planning

• Develop and monitor project schedules, track project milestones, and ensure the timely implementation of robotic systems within budget.

Technical Coordination

• Review technical design specifications, coordinate with internal engineering and R&D teams, and plan and adjust automation system layouts and solutions according to client requirements.

Site Operations & Technical Support

• Conduct site surveys and oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of industrial or mobile robotic systems. Manage and coordinate local contractors and vendors.

Testing, Commissioning & Project Handover

• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), site testing, system commissioning, and troubleshooting. Provide operational and system training to clients during project handover.

Project Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, progress reports, and technical records. Maintain effective communication and proper documentation with clients and relevant project stakeholders.
