Job summary

Yi-Ke Innovations Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Physical Security) to lead security system projects from inception to handover. You will own project planning, client and stakeholder management, technical coordination, manpower and resource planning, subcontractor oversight, cost control, risk management, testing and commissioning, and final handover.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in physical security, CCTV, access control, alarms, and ELV systems, and can manage

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in physical security, ELV, system integration, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing physical security projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and related ELV systems.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of physical security system projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, manpower, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, manpower plans, and project budgets.
• Lead and coordinate project engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, main contractors, and other stakeholders.
