Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd's client in the Manufacturing Industry seeks a capable Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and capacity expansion projects from planning through implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and define scope, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to support material planning, production readiness, and risk management, with regular status updates

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Engineer, Business Administrative or any related fields.
• Min 3 years experience in project management in manufacturing industry or subcontractors.
• Experience with NPI Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI), product enhancement, and capacity expansion projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and proactively manage project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to support material planning, production readiness, and project implementation.
• Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate updates, risks, and key milestones to management.
• Facilitate project meetings, drive issue resolution, and ensure alignment among internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
