Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. invites applications for a project coordination role focused on site supervision and delivery of industrial equipment projects. You will coordinate engineering, scheduling and cost control while preparing technical submissions and documents.

Applicants should read and interpret engineering drawings, coordinate with clients and contractors, and monitor progress to ensure timely, high-quality delivery at sites. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial equipment, machinery or automation projects.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Comfortable coordinating with contractors, customers and consultants.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Transport

2-way company transport provided from CCK or Joo Koon.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery covering engineering, scheduling, cost control, coordination and site supervision.
• Prepare and handle project engineering documents and submissions.
• Monitor project progress and follow up closely to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant parties on project requirements.
• Monitor contractors' work and ensure required quality standards are met.
• Support site activities and resolve project-related issues when required.
• Maintain good communication with customers and ensure satisfactory project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial equipment, machinery, automation, mechanical systems or engineering projects would be advantageous.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
• Comfortable with site coordination and supervision, including working with contractors, customers and consultants.
• Able to manage project schedules, documentation, submissions and follow-up of project activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or other engineering software would be an advantage.
