Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in project engineering or project execution.
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, marine, or rotating equipment industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery phases.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Interpret technical specifications, review engineering documents (e.g., P&ID, process calculations), and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Assist in cost monitoring, invoicing, and milestone payments follow-up.

Job description

The company designs and manufactures a broad range of industrial equipment and technologies, including compressors, pumps, vacuum and air treatment systems, fluid management solutions, and other engineered products used across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination

• Support and drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery phases. Plan, monitor, and track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment

Technical & Engineering Support

• Interpret technical specifications, review engineering documents (e.g., P&ID, process calculations), and ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers on material delivery, monitor vendor performance, and expedite procurement activities
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify risks, issues, and deviations, and propose mitigation plans

Quality, Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure proper documentation control, submission, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle

Contract Administration & Payment Support

• Assist in cost monitoring, invoicing, and milestone payments follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project execution (preferably ETO or industrial equipment projects)
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, marine, or rotating equipment industry is an advantage
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery)
• Good knowledge of engineering documentation (e.g., P&ID, technical specs)
