Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer (M&E) with extensive ACMV experience to provide technical support, supervise site works, coordinate with subcontractors, and help ensure projects meet schedules and safety standards.
The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering, at least 10 years in ACMV projects, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with drawings, O&M/T&C docs, and MS Office.
Project Engineer (M&E) - Expression of Interest
Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ad hoc repair/replacement works for ACMV services.
Supervise and coordinate M&E site works, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple trades, ensuring compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineers, consultants, architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project documentation and T&C, including reports, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, T&C records, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
Ensure timely and cost-effective project completion, including preparing quotations/POs, resolving technical issues promptly, and carrying out other duties assigned by management.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in air-conditioning installation or relevant ACMV projects.
Diploma/Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
Able to handle schematics, as-built drawings, O&M and T&C documentation; proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project/PMOK is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills, with strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
