Job summary

CCA METAL WORKS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Project Engineer to plan and schedule projects, manage M&E construction, and ensure designs meet client requirements.

You will attend project meetings, coordinate with clients, consultants, main and sub contractors, and prepare progress claims, risk assessments, progress reports and drawings. Responsibilities include forecasting risks, supervising site work, planning manpower, liaising with suppliers, and assisting final accounts.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College.
• At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Engineer specialized in Mechanical Engineering.
• Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills.
• Will ing to learn, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling of projects.
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule.
• To handle design for ACMV System and to ensure clients' requirements are met.
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors.
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Built Drawings for projects.
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks.
• Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow.
• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge.
• To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders.
