Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a site supervisor/engineer to support on-site and off-site activities in Singapore. You will assist the manager with estimations, organize resources, and lead on-site teams to execute works while coordinating meetings on technical issues.

You will ensure daily tool updates and proper documentation, design corrective actions for scope and schedule creeps, and assist in demobilizing and handing over projects to customers.

Qualifications

• Dip/ Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering.
• Willing to travel to project sites in Asia and other regions.
• Driving license class 3.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in ad hoc jobs estimation and calculations.
• Organize resources and allocate tasks to teams and sub-contractors.
• Lead supervisor and support staff on site to execute works.
• Assist Manager with on/off site meetings on technical issues.
• Ensure site tools are updated daily and documentation completed properly.
• Design corrective actions to mitigate scope and schedule creeps.
• Assist Operations Manager in demobilizing and handing over projects.
