Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a project engineer with 2–3 years (or more with a Diploma) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering to manage project milestones and coordinate on-site activities in Singapore.

You will read M&E drawings, liaise with stakeholders, and lead installation and testing phases to ensure timely delivery. A 13th-month salary and transport allowance are provided. We value hands-on engineers who can generate schedules, monitor progress, and support cost estimation

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret M&E drawings.
• Experience coordinating on-site project tasks.
• Strong understanding of project milestones and deliverables.
• Familiarity with generators, controls and related equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute project management duties and meet milestones within schedule.
• Generate master project schedule and monitor progress.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for implementation works.
• Monitor responsibilities to keep milestones on track.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Test with customers and distributors.
• Ensure documentation for delivery is endorsed.
• Schedule on-site testing and smooth transition to aftermarket team.
• Provide first-level technical support during execution.
• Assist cost estimation for projects with engineering team.
• Submit monthly status reports highlighting issues.
• Provide engineering support on 3rd-party products and drawings.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with interplant teams on deliveries and tests.
• Update project status in weekly meetings.
• Attend weekly site meetings as required.
• Manage site installations to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on site installations and submittals.
