Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer on a 2-year contract to support M&E site activities with weekly site visits to Tuas and office work at Paya Lebar.

You will assist the Site/Project Manager, review drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, monitor progress and prepare documentation across the project lifecycle. The role requires 1–2 years in M&E construction, relevant diploma or NITEC, and safety certifications, with a focus on delivering on schedule and

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• BCSS / WSHMCI certification preferred.
• Confined Space and Working at Height competencies a plus.
• 1–2 years of M&E construction experience.
• Knowledge of M&E systems, installation procedures and construction practices.
• Familiar with contract specifications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site/Project Manager in managing M&E activities and site coordination.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and submissions.
• Coordinate drawings, material submissions and site technical matters.
• Follow up M&E installation works and ensure compliance with drawings and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, RFIs, inspection records and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and project specs.
