Job summary

SMART ELV TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an ELV Project Engineer to support tendering and project execution.

You will attend tender meetings and participate in project discussions, and conduct tender site visits and assessments to ensure accurate evaluations. Additionally, you will prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), create cost estimates and pricing analyses, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Attend tender meetings and participate in project discussions.
• Conduct tender site visits and assessments.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs.
• Prepare project quotations, cost estimates, and pricing analyses.
• Monitor and followup on project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in raising RFQs and coordinating procurement activities for projects.
• Familiar with ELV System(CCTV,Card reader,PA and Network etc)
