Accesstech Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical) to drive ongoing and new projects across our engineering team.

You will plan, manage budgets, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. This role is based in the eastern part of Singapore and targets candidates with 2–5 years of construction engineering experience and strong communication.

• Professional qualifications in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction engineering.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage multiple engineering projects from concept to handover, within budget and time.
• Prioritise tasks and allocate manpower to meet deadlines.
• Assist to prepare bid tenders for new projects and ensure compliance with policy.
• Evaluate and authorize changes affecting scope, budget or timeline.
• Lead complex or critical engineering projects and monitor progress against plan.
• Identify and resolve operational problems to minimise delays.
• Develop and guide a team of project members to meet business objectives and laws.
• Ensure safety standards and customer safety/quality specifications are met.

Accesstech is a rapidly expanding group of companies with interest in Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications and Investments.

Founded in 1998 with our principal business in high-tech factory engineering, we have since extended our expertise into commercial projects with luxury hotels and commercial properties.

The Project team is currently looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a Project Engineer (Electrical) to drive the ongoing and new projects in the company.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage multiple engineering projects from conceptual development to handover, within budget, deliver on time, safety alertness and the required quality.
• Able to prioritize tasks and assign manpower to ensure that the overall resources are used effectively and within project deadlines.
• Assist to prepare bid tender for new projects and ensure project compliance with company policy and guideline.
• Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a project.
• Lead the most complex or critical engineering projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Select, guide and develop a team of project member with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Ensure that organization and government standards on safety are met and ensure customer safety & quality specifications are consistently met.
• Allocate capital and human resources to maximize productivity and supervise and implement project expense, other assets and resource within budget.
• Analyze and approve project investments that best meet the organization needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional Qualifications in Related Field of studies.
• Possess 2 to 5 years relevant experience in the Construction Engineering industry.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels.

Candidates with relevant experience may be offered Senior Project Engineer role.

Work Location: Eastern part of Singapore
