Job summary

TOPAZ E&I PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a site coordination professional to study construction drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and resolve on-site technical issues while ensuring works align with specifications.

You will lead planning, document control, cost control, supervision, safety, meetings, and reporting to keep the project on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Study of construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
• Ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Produce coordination drawings and check drawings discrepancies.
• Carry out project planning, materials requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
• Attend meetings.
• To attend regular meetings with clients representative, consultants and contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
• To Prepare Plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, Risk Assessment, monthly report.
• To establish proper and effective document control system, maintain and conduct review s of details design drawings, project documents and specifications.
