Job summary

A construction company based in Singapore is seeking an M&E Contractor to manage projects from planning to delivery. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and manage subcontractors. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of site supervision experience in the construction industry and is Singaporean only. Attractive salary range from $3500 to $5000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant project/site supervision experience.
• Preferably in construction or M&E works.
• Able to read drawings and manage project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure compliance with standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders on project progress and necessary approvals.

Job Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects, including planning, resource requisition (labour, materials, equipment), and timely delivery with minimal wastage.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams on project progress, site matters, and necessary approvals.
• Prepare shop drawings, handle material requisitions, manage stock, and ensure execution aligns with approved plans and specifications.
• Ensure smooth project handover, manage claims/variations, and provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant project/site supervision experience.
• Preferably in construction or M&E works.
• Able to read drawings, prepare shop drawings/material requisitions, and manage project documentation
• Singaporean ONLY
