Job summary

Stolz Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage end-to-end cooling tower projects across HVAC, commercial and industrial sites. You will lead from award through site installation, testing, commissioning and final handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

The role demands strong on-site coordination, vendor management and clear communication with clients, consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of contractor-side site experience on M&E/HVAC projects.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ability to prepare site documentation and support testing and commissioning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end site execution for cooling tower installations and M&E integration.
• Supervise on-site subcontractors and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Develop project schedules, manage logistics, and resolve site constraints quickly.
• Lead SAT, commissioning and project handover to ensure readiness.
• Act as technical contact for clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation including risk assessments and reports.
• Enforce safety and environmental requirements across sites.
