Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to manage construction projects from planning to completion in Singapore.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, review drawings and specs, and monitor schedule, quality, and site activities. The role requires a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; BIM knowledge is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, and site activities to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support project planning, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction-related issues.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and relevant submissions.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks and support timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction or project engineering.
• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and project processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural MNC environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM/project management software is an advantage.
