Job summary

KOHUP SPORTS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a project coordinator/engineer to manage civil engineering projects from inception to close-out. You will lead cross-functional teams, prepare schedules, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities span cost estimation, documentation, risk analysis, client and stakeholder communication, and on-site supervision of installation and commissioning to meet deadlines and specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Singapore-based certifications are preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; able to read and revise drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office; internet tools.
• Proven experience in project coordination or engineering project management.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project documentation, risk assessment, and quality/safety standards.
• Experience in installation and commissioning projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects from pre-order engineering and cost estimation to post-order engineering and project management
• Provide technical consultation and solutions for customer enquiries, supporting both clients and the service sales team
• Perform risk analysis and manage project information, including communication plans with stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including phase gate reviews, design reviews, schedules, and quality/safety plans
• Monitor project progress, proactively managing delays, claims, warranties, and customer complaints
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs and project milestones
• Coordinate effectively to support the development of drawings and design documentation
• Oversee engineering, project execution, and installation/commissioning phases
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and meet all required standards and specifications
• Maintain accurate and compliant project documentation
