Job summary

MORIMATSU PHARMADULE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced construction engineer to lead site management for medical plant projects in Singapore.

You will oversee civil works coordination, ensure materials meet specs, and drive on-time delivery with design, construction, and supervision teams. Requirements include a college degree with 3+ years in plant engineering, familiarity with plant design and project management, and strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• College degree or above; 3+ years in medical plant engineering.
• Proficient in indoor and outdoor decoration; proficient in AutoCAD and office software.
• Experience in large real estate companies; strong technical implementation ability.
• Dedication, responsibility, good professional quality, team spirit and coordination ability.
• Familiar with plant engineering design specs and project management knowledge.
• Good health with strong on-site coordination and team spirit.
• Experience in clean workshop construction is preferred.
• Adapt to long-term business trips.

Responsibilities

• Under PM leadership, fully responsible for engineering construction management and coordination.
• Urge operators and materials to enter the site on time.
• Check materials meet specifications and that raw materials/test records are complete.
• Manage civil construction projects and provide timely professional coordination.
• Coordinate design, construction and supervision to minimize schedule impact.
• Monitor construction quality and progress with supervision unit.
• Participate in sub-project quality acceptance and evaluation.
• Coordinate general contracting, subcontracting and supervision; align specialties.
• Prepare site schedule and monitor implementation.
• Review drawings, supervise technical disclosures, and participate in technical meetings.
• Understand contract period and node requirements; supervise subcontractor production plans.
• Develop engineering tech standards; review and optimize design and survey documents.
