Job summary

MORIMATSU PHARMADULE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a capable architect with pharmaceutical equipment project exposure to lead design programs and coordinate with owners and teams. You will oversee design reviews, construction drawing audits, and technical standards across projects in Singapore.

The role requires deep knowledge of architectural theory, construction drawings, and interior design processes, with proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and PowerPoint; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture; 5+ years of design and construction experience.
• Strong grasp of architectural design theory and construction drawings.
• Familiar with construction technology, interior design processes, and engineering construction.
• First-level registered architect qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program design for projects as the backbone of delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to capture project needs.
• Oversee external coordination of general design projects and internal design management.
• Audit and technically check construction schemes and drawings per plan.
• Review architectural drawings, project responsibility, and related sections.
• Provide technical treatment during the construction stage.
• Review and optimize general architectural drawings and set design standards.
• Host monthly architectural technology exchange meetings and project reviews to raise design quality.
