Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to prepare and review construction reports, analyze site data, and coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants and clients to ensure timely information flow and accurate documentation.

The role focuses on maintaining records, monitoring progress, and supporting senior engineers with design and analysis tasks, while ensuring compliance with project specs, quality standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and compile technical construction reports, daily progress reports and final reports.
• Analyse site data, test results, drawings and photographs for report preparation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants and clients to obtain the required information.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, complete and submitted within project deadlines.
• Maintain proper records of site activities, inspection results, test data and project documents.
• Monitor project progress and highlight technical issues, delays or discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing method statements, technical submissions and supporting documents.
• Assist senior civil engineers with the design, analysis and implementation of civil engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure all reports and works comply with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and relevant regulations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices.
