Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a Diploma-qualified Civil Engineering professional to support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, schedules and documentation at site. You will prepare authority submissions, manage project-related records and update AutoCAD drawings.

You will liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, track deliverables, attend meetings and follow up on actions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience coordinating civil engineering projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and project documentation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and schedules with the Project Manager.
• Prepare and manage authority submissions and project documentation.
• Coordinate traffic diversion, traffic management, roadworks and infrastructure activities.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare, review and update AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate technical matters and resolve issues across project teams.
• Track project progress, approvals, submissions and key deliverables.
• Attend meetings, prepare reports and follow up on project action items.
