Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking an experienced Civil/ME Engineer to lead complex Singapore-based projects. You will develop detailed programmes, manage design and construction activities, and work with clients and consultants to meet schedules and specifications.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience, proven leadership of engineering teams, and a track record of delivering quality work within budget. This position is based in Singapore and reports to the project director.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering/ M&E Engineering (required).
• Strong leadership experience with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed programme and ensure timely task completion.
• Implementation of ISO quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements.
• Complete the project with quality to meet client's / consultant's requirements.
• Ensure compliances to Authorities' requirements.
• To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving of technical problems, submission of shop drawings and samples, etc.
• To ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete the sub-contract works within the schedule and comply with the technical and contractual requirements.
• Manage the actual cost of works so that they are below the budgeted costs.
• Manage the subordinates so that they are following work systems, productive, and encourage team work among the team members.
