Job summary

COMNET SYSTEMS PTE LTD seeks a Junior Project Engineer to coordinate electrical/IT projects in Singapore. You will define scopes with customers, draft schedules with site managers, and work with installation teams for weekly plans. The role emphasizes timely billing, safety compliance, and handling variations with sales staff.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in a related field and a recognized engineering/IT qualification. This is a full-time position based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify the scope of work with the customer.
• Develop project schedules with the customer and site project manager.
• Coordinate with installation team to plan weekly schedules.
• Prepare weekly project monitoring reports with the installation team.
• Ensure timely progressive monthly project billing.
• Ensure site safety regulations are enforced.
• Monitor scope of work on variations for salespersons.

• To work with customer or customer's site project manager to develop project schedule
• To work with project installation team to develop project installation schedule
• To plan weekly work schedule with scheduler for the installation team
• To work with project installation team to complete the weekly project monitoring report
• To ensure timely progressive monthly project billing
• To ensure that work site safety regulations are being enforced
• To provide and monitor scope of work on project variation work for salesperson
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve problem independently

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
