Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer (BMS/ACMV/A&A) based at International Business Park. The role involves leading a team of sub-contractors on A&A works, ensuring timely execution and compliance with client requirements.

You will coordinate quotations, prepare documentation, and manage progress claims onsite. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 1–3 years in BMS/ACMV/Electrical/ELV projects, and can generate project reports

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in BMS/ACMV/Electrical/ELV construction or retrofit projects.
Solid knowledge of Building Services and project management.
Ability to multitask and deliver on schedule; proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Sub-contractors for A&A works.
Plan, organize, co-ordinate and implement A&A work timely and ensure compliance with authorities and client requirements.
Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors for quotations and purchase orders.
Evaluate project requirements and generate feasible proposals for work completion.
Coordinate with client officers on A&A and project-related matters.
Prepare and submit shop drawings, schedules, materials write-ups for approval.
Track progress and submit progress claims.
