Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage and support projects from engineering through to delivery.

You will drive cross‑functional execution, monitor schedules and costs, liaise with customers and suppliers, review technical docs, and mitigate risks while ensuring documentation and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Occasional travel to Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant Project Engineering or Project Execution experience.
• Open to occasional travel to Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, costs and deliverables.
• Liaise with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical specifications and engineering documents, including P&ID and process calculations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor material deliveries.
• Identify project risks, issues and delays, and support mitigation plans.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support invoicing, cost monitoring and milestone payment follow-ups.
