Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) or closely related field.
• Internship experience or capstone projects involving electrical systems or project coordination is a strong plus.
• Foundational EEE principles, circuit theory or electrical components with familiarity of engineering tools.
• Eagerness to learn, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist senior project managers with daily project coordination, tracking milestones, updating schedules, and preparing project status reports.

• Technical Documentation: Help review engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications, maintaining accurate documentation for all project phases.

• Site & Vendor Coordination: Support communication with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams; participate in site meetings, inspections, and equipment testing.

• Problem-Solving & Analysis: Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues on-site and gathering data to support engineering decisions and quality control checks.

• Continuous Learning: Rapidly build practical knowledge of industry standards, project workflows, and core engineering systems under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a closely related engineering discipline.

• Experience Level: Prior internship experience or academic capstone projects involving electrical systems or project coordination is a strong plus.

• Technical Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of EEE principles, circuit theory, or electrical components; familiarity with engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, MS Office) is preferred.

• Core Competencies: Eagerness to learn, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and clear verbal and written communication abilities.
