Job summary

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from conception to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecast
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with design, production, quality assurance, and procurement departments
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, customer specifications, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools (e.g., Gantt charts, ERP/MRP systems, KPIs)
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve technical and operational challenges with the production team
• Lead thorough documentation, including project files, engineering change notices, and compliance records

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or any related field
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial project management
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
