Job summary

The successful candidate has a degree or diploma in Electronic Engineering and hands-on ELV experience, with a practical, independent work style.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution to ensure timely and successful delivery. This role involves reviewing system designs, supervising installations, and managing communication with stakeholders. Strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for ensuring project quality and compliance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and address project requirements.
• Attend site meetings as required, professionally representing the company and providing technical insights.
• Ensure timely submission of personal timesheets, expense reports, project tracker updates, and other required documentation on a weekly basis.
• Review system designs before installation, identifying and addressing technical, functional, or compatibility issues while ensuring compliance with client standards.
• Supervise and manage installation teams, including internal technicians and local service partners, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager, supporting efficient resource planning and project execution.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working in ELV Systems (security and communication systems) installations, servicing, or design will be advantageous.
• Practical aptitude and ability to work independently, prioritize work schedule and make own decisions.
• Logical worker, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ability to prioritize well.
• High quality of work and a 'can do' attitude.
