Job summary

Shine Technology Sea PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project/Site Engineer to assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating activities, supervising site installation works, and ensuring compliance with drawings and project requirements.

The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and clients, supporting CCTV, access control, and other security systems, and maintaining comprehensive site documentation to ensure quality and safety on all installations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant site/project engineering experience.
• Experience in ELV, security systems, CCTV, access control or data centre projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Supervise and monitor site installation works to ensure completion per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and other contractors on site.
• Support installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV, access control, turnstile, mantrap, intrusion alarm and other security systems.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including site reports, inspection records, testing and commissioning documents and as-built information.
• Troubleshoot site and technical issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions.
• Monitor site progress, manpower and materials.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality and project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned
