Job summary

MCI Career Services in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support the sales team in project execution. You will handle project documentation, coordinate between internal teams and with customers and suppliers, and track quality, engineering, delivery and commissioning issues.

• Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Marine Engineering.
• Preferably with project management experience.
• Willing to travel overseas by vessel or by flight.

• Mon to Fri - 9 am to 5.30 pm and Sat- 9 am to 12 pm (Only one Sat per month)
• Assist the sales team in the execution of the project
• Responsible for coordination & project documentation. Liaise with customers and suppliers on project-related issues
• Coordination work (internal or external) on quality, engineering, delivery and commissioning issues
