Job summary

WN CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Services designer to plan, coordinate, and implement building services across diverse projects in Singapore.

You will ensure compliance with authorities and deliver designs from concept to handover with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering (PEB Singapore) and openness to diploma holders. Proficiency in AutoCAD and collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors are essential for on-time project

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer Mechanical services to meet project requirements and standards for building projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, owners, and contractors to develop and implement project plans through to completion.
• Develop detailed project designs and prepare drawings for authority submissions.
• Prepare tender documents and technical drawings to support procurement processes.
• Attend site progress meetings and resolve technical issues to maintain project timelines.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain plan approvals and facilitate site inspections.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Manage system handover processes upon project completion to ensure smooth transition.

Job Summary

Design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical Services for building projects, ensuring compliance with authorities and successful project completion through effective collaboration and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer Mechanical services to meet project requirements and standards for building projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, owners, and contractors to develop and implement project plans through to completion
