Job summary

FEIXIANG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent site engineer to plan and execute construction tasks on high-rise, commercial or institutional projects, coordinating with multiple trades to meet timelines and quality standards.

You will analyze drawings, prepare method statements, manage safety, track progress, and liaise with clients for site inspections and reporting, ensuring compliance with project QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing site tasks on construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate trades and departments to prevent clashes.
• Competence in analysing drawings and preparing method statements.
• Proactive RFIs handling to clarify technical issues before work.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project implementations according to timelines and specifications to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with co-workers across trades and departments to prevent work clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
• Analyse construction drawings and prepare construction method statements and technical proposals to support project execution.
• Raise RFIs promptly to clarify technical issues before work implementation.
• Liaise with clients to facilitate site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain accurate site records.
• Plan construction operation sequences in alignment with the Project Quality Plan to uphold quality standards.
• Attend site progress and internal meetings to communicate updates and resolve issues.
• Manage safety, quality, and progress of subcontractor works to ensure compliance and project success.
• Track submission statuses for shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements, and other technical documents.
• Conduct daily resource planning, machinery allocation, and equipment management to optimize site operations.
