Job summary

HPC BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent site coordinator to support our construction projects. The role involves reviewing specifications, coordinating shop drawings with main-contractors and sub-contractors, and ensuring updates reach all parties promptly.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of site experience, is proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and can communicate in Mandarin with Chinese subcontractors/workers to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of construction site experience.
• Mandarin speaking is essential for communication with Chinese subcontractors/workers.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and clarifications, coordinate with main-/sub-contractors on shop drawings and samples.
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors and update all parties on changes.
• Perform site inspections to ensure works align with construction drawings and ISO system.
• Assist project manager with documentation and paperwork.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Technical Issues
  • To review project specifications and technical clarifications.
  • To coordinate with Main-Contractors/Sub-Contractors on the shop drawings/samples/method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
  • Liaise with sub-contractor on shop drawing and coordinate for site activities on site.
  • Check and revise the drawing, report to project engineer for approval.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office and AUTOCAD
• 2. Site Operations
  • To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works
  • Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing
  • To ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system
  • To Coordinate with MC for technical、progress、quantity、follow up and solve the issue.
  • Fill up the inspection form and follow site inspection and close the comment with site team
  • Ensure 2-3 Years work experience at construction site.
• 3. Documentation
  • To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
  • Preparing and Joint Method of statements SWP and relevant drawings for site works.
  • Assist project manager to complete other paper work
  • Mardian Speaking is essential due to communication with chinese Subcon or workers
