Job summary

ST Engineering Cloud & Data Centre Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support project planning, execution, and tracking. You will work with the Project Manager and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.

The role requires 1–3 years of project experience or related admin work, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project experience or admin roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Monitor project progress and manage issues as they arise.
• Prepare and distribute project communications, including meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams and ensure smooth communication.
• Support procurement, invoicing, and budgeting processes when needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
