JH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to oversee on-site activities, review drawings and specifications, and ensure project milestones are met with quality and safety.

You should have a diploma in Civil Engineering and at least five years of experience in residential, government, or commercial building projects, with a proven track record. Dynamic, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Competenze

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public or private residential, government and commercial building projects.
• Experience on at least one completed project.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Carry out construction work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural and M&E staff to resolve arising problems and issue.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.
• Perform QA/QC role on areas assigned and ensure safety regulations are complied on site.

• Good team player and handle stress and deadlines.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented person

Candidates with more experience may be considered for more senior positions.
